‘Star’ refers to a set of meanings of constructed around music performers in order to sell the performer to a large and loyal audience

Has written a lot about TV film and music and says that stars are a image not a real person, which is constructed out of a range of materials such as advertising and magazines. 

Stars are commodities produced and consumed on the strength of their meanings stars also depend on a range of media of their labels subsidiary in things like magazines, TV or radio to help them construct an image for themselves.

Finally Dyer says that the ‘Star Image’ is made up of a range of meanings which their target audiences find attractive to them.

This music video shows off muse's REBELLIOUS and ANTI AUTHORITARIAN attitude by smashing windows and blowing things up in the video, this also shows the bands AGGRESSION and ANGER as well.
